“On the Row” to Be Featured at 2025 AED Conference

Kathy McGregor, Nat’l Project Director for Prison Story Project and retired Episcopal Deacon from St. Paul’s Church (Fayetteville, AR) has been invited to present “On the Row” at the 2025 Association for Deacons (AED) Triennial Conference in San Antonio, TX in June 2025.
Kathy will share the film of the staged reading of our Arkansas death row writers with a Q&A featuring a call in from one of our incarcerated writers after.
The 79th General Convention of the Episcopal Church reaffirmed the long-standing principle espoused by the Episcopal Church that the Death Penalty in the US should be repealed, and that the Dioceses and members of the church are to work actively to abolish the death penalty in their states.
It is our hope that this film offering will re-energize us to do the work our faith calls us to do.
